Maine Again

Jett has grown so much!

Our first day in Maine we traveled to North Conway, NH to outlet shop! This is the view from the outlets, ski slops overlook the stores.

This is the damage I did

Day 2 we went to Concord Mass with my aunt to visit the Louisa May Alcott house.

We also went to the North Bridge where the shot heard round the world was fired.

I just love wrought iron

On mom's birthday we went out to lunch and then visited the gardens of the Hamilton house

These next two are some of my favorite shots.

Rachel looked for every photo op she could find

We had one good day for the beach so we spent a few hours there.

This was as far as I was getting into that cold water. It had been too cool and rainy for you to really swim.

Whale watching

Isle of Shoals

Two finback whales that were feeding.

They started vertical lunge feeding which was amazing to see.

You rarely ever see finbacks flukes

Our guide

And a Minke whale

This is what I bought dad for Father's day. He has been wanting a kitty for a long time and we went to the shelter and found Pumpkin

One of the things I must partake of when I go to Maine in the summer! STEAMERS! Otherwise known as steamed clams. This was my dinner

Oh how I love you

Mom rocking my favorite sunglasses

Mom wanted me to document that the kitty is bonding to her, and she is not the big animal person

The other summer must have, LOBSTAH
This is Bob I will be your dinner tonight

I want LOBSTAH TOO

And the end result, my dinner

Our cousin's baby Alina

Thsi was the end of the love, it was getting late and tempers got short

Cousin Rick and wife Maggie
