Yep it's me

Ok so my posts are getting fewer and farther in between. It's sad I know. Maybe it is the depression that the thought of my 25th birthday looming on me is causing. Maybe it is just the business of school, work and life. Maybe it is the lack of pictures I have to post.

I am greatly enjoying that Arkansas has finally made the official transition into fall, although I would love for the rain to stop. I love slipping into my 6 year old well worn UCA sweatshirt. I love opening my window at night and snuggling up with Howie and my body pillow under my down comforter. I love slipping my feet into slippers and shuffling around the house. I love the thought of hot spiced apple cider and tea, although I have yet to partake of them.

I love methodically purging, cleaning and organizing the house. Oh no that is not just for spring I have a day of great cleaning for almost all of the seasons. Saturday was that day. I started in the kitchen and proceeded to finish our entire downstairs. Now we have a box of stuff that is waiting for the share and swap at church. Let me tell you I now completely understand why mom was almost anal about us putting a napkin or paper towel over our food in the microwave. That thing was GROSS!

I am totally excited about next week, being my birthday week and all. UAMS reserves our birthday as a holiday, and we are free to take that day whenever we decide. When I told Rob he was determined to take that day off with me so we could spend it together. I decided on Tuesday since I will not have any class that day. So next Tuesday I will be going to a surprise destination with my honey to play all day. I have no idea where or what we will be doing, but I am SOOO excited. I just love surprises! Wednesday night is my actual birthday and the Reformation Celebration at my church, so we will be going to hear Stephen Nichols preach and then the Getty's will be leading our worship, I am very excited. So then Friday night Rachel will be taking me out for our traditional birthday dinner. Saturday morning Heather and I will be going to the Leisure Arts sale to find tons of scrapbooking bargains, and after that I will be going to my little Hanna's 5th birthday party. I can't believe she is turning 5.

So for this week I am trying to take it easy.
