Today is the Day
Today is the first day I get to be in an OR as a Surgical Tech student. I am so excited my heart is racing and I am ready to jump out there and observe some surgeries. In about an hour I will head over to the VA, we will get dressed in our scrubs and orient ourselves around the surgical suite. Eventually our instructor will find some surgeries for us to observe. It has been a long time since I have seen a real surgery. 2002 was the last time I was able to observe a real surgery. I will have much to tell next week.

wooo hooo!!!! I want ALL the "uncut" versions of your stories via email! You know I'll be dying to hear of the ickyness. Why do I love this weird stuff? I miss the nursing book with all the pics. :-/
