New Diet Fad
I have found a new revolutionary diet. It worked for me. In the past two weeks I have sort of given up on counting calories and let myself mindlessly eat the chocolate that was available to me. This has proven effective to enhance weight loss. I lost 2 pounds after mindlessly eating chocolate and feel better that I have given in to the urge for chocolate. There is no scientific research to prove my findings, if you try this diet it is at your own risk. Donuts are also a part of the diet but I would not suggest more than one a day. Actually there were only two days that I had donuts. I may not have gained weight because I did not take in many other calories.

I love the diet plan!
Sounds like a good diet I may have to try that:) add some pizza and some fried foods then you will have yourself a diet. lol that is my diet
