Chicago's Beginning

The skyline as we flew in.
Kim resting with Ms. Whatsit wandering.
Ms. Whatsit traded off suitcases from day to day, moment by moment.

Our major mode of transportation.
Rachel and Kim cheesing on the train.
Jessica, Patty and Jennifer.
The Navy Pier where we went to see Cirque Shang-hi.
The beginning of the show he dropped down from above our heads.

The show started out quite slow but then it took us by storm. The only thing that would have made it better would have been for me to have another seat far away from the 7 year old girl whose running commentary never stopped THE WHOLE SHOW!
Sorry many of the pictures are blurring but we were not to use a flash and the shutter speed was very touchy.

The amazing folding girls.

I kid you not. The two in the middle are balancing by biting on small platforms.
Try to figure this one out.
This girl was swinging from this rope dangling by her foot at this moment. At one point she was spinning and the only thing holding her up was her neck. AHHH!

Sorry there was something on my lens and I am too lazy to photoshop it out yet.

This condo building was designed so that every condo had a view of the lake.

Our darling Kim or shall I say Posh.

I love gothic design

Isn't she beautiful.

Oh yes the Hershey factory. Walk in and you salivate.
Here is the view up from sitting below the Hancock Observatory.
The slanted triangular building is the one from Adventures in Babysitting. Where they are at the party their parents are attending and go out on the glass to escape. I forget what from.
Oh it was a beautiful day to go sailing.
