Sad News

So we found out that we were caring for Diego. Rachel took him to the vet Monday and he gave us a slew of things for him. Antibiotics for his eye, worm meds, flea meds, vitamins and food. He expected him to get better everyday. He said that the cornea on his eye was so bad he could not see through it, to check his retina and was sure he would have to lose it. It was probably chlamydia that caused it. But then Tuesday I went home at 2 because of allergies. I checked on the kitty and he seemed to be sleeping weird but he was sleeping so I did not want to wake him. He was moving like he was dreaming. So I went to take my nap. When I woke up and checked on him he was dead. It looked like he threw up some and so maybe he choked on it, but I can't really see that because he was on his side. We were sad to lose him all the same. However Misty is very glad to have all of our attention back.
