bring us snow. Even sleet, freezing rain, just something so I can stay home tomorrow and sew all day long. It would be even better if I could stay home tomorrow and Friday. Or if it started this afternoon and I could leave early. Of all of God's created beauty snow is second on my list. Waterfalls always take the top for me. But snow is so peaceful and serene. It makes me want to giggle and cry at the same time. It soothes me and stirs up emotion. There is nothing like waking up to a bright white blanket covering the earth. Then when the light hits each ice crystal right it glistens. It is so beautiful I hate to play in it and disturb its beauty. I love how it gently falls from the sky without disturbing anything and accumulates on your hair, eyelashes and clothes. Rain makes things wet and uncomfortable. Lord would you please bring us some snow, just once this season.
